We just spent as hour watching it emerge from it's brown shell. He's off to camp tonight, hayride, bonfire and cold!

Last days of summer for sitting on the deck with the cat, I hate to see them go :(( They say the first frost is predicted for the middle of October. Good pictures Lois!
